method of work
1. Dice onion, green bell pepper and red bell pepper.
2. Cut the frozen tofu into small pieces and evenly coat with corn starch.
3. Heat the pan, add a little oil, add frozen tofu and fry until golden brown. Set aside.
4. Stir-fry garlic cloves and onions in the same pot. Add dried Chili, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, peanuts and frozen tofu and stir well.
5. Add water, soy sauce, pepper oil, white sugar, salt and white pepper and stir well.
6. Sprinkle with sesame oil and chopped green onion and stir well.
