Ingredients
2 tablespoons of pasta sauce, 250 grams of pasta, salt, shrimp, green and red pepper, black pepper, olive oil
Method
1. Blanch the shrimps and cut them into small pieces, cut the green and red peppers into small pieces and set aside;
2. After the water in the pot is boiled, add some salt, then add the pasta. After the pot is boiled, add a little cold water and wait. Turn the heat back on and cook for 8 minutes before taking it out;
3. The most critical step: put the taken out pasta into a basin, add a little olive oil, mix well and set aside;

Tips
The essence: when blanching shrimps, put two slices of ginger inside to remove the fishy smell; adding salt before cooking the pasta can increase its elasticity;
