Ingredients :
1. one large Korean pear (use canned pears if you don't have any, save the JUICE), one onion, a dozen cloves of garlic, and one piece of ginger.
2. 2 tbsp sesame oil, 1 tbsp maltose, ? cup soy sauce, 3 tbsp cooking wine, ? cup water (if using PINEAPPLE JUICE, skip the water), 1 tsp sesame seeds.
Method: Add ingredients (1) to a blender and mix well. Add ingredients (2) into the sauce and mix well. Put the meat to be roasted into the sauce and mix well, then put it in the refrigerator for 24 hours.
The meat should be grilled on a hot grill. HINT: Start with one or two slices to get the heat right. Once you get the hang of it, you can grill all the meat and you'll be
successful.
Side note: The barbecue sauce can be stored in the refrigerator for three days. It will turn sour after that.
