How to make super fast yogurt popsicles ?

I used Kashi's carton of fresh yogurt.

Remove the aluminum film, then use a knife to make a hole in the plastic lid.

Put the included small spoon through the opening you just made. Then freeze it in the freezer.

Freeze in the freezer for 6 hours or more, and before you eat it, use scissors to cut a slit in the edge of the yogurt box.

Tear off the yogurt box

Eat!

Tips

If you find it too boring to eat this way, you can throw some fruits in the yogurt box.
