Hard black bell is not fully cooked. 2 How to choose the mature color of spades depends on whether the color is black enough. The freshness of spades is positively correlated with the blackness. If the color is black enough and bright enough, the black bolling is fresher.
Secondly, in the process of selection, it can be noticed that if there is a layer of white fog on the surface of black cloth, its freshness will be better, and such black cloth will taste sweeter.
The degree of hardness can be judged by the degree of hardness. And the standard of judgment is consistent with our daily life experience. 3 How to ripen fruits with black bells Many fruits have strong respiratory function. In this process, some ethylene gas will be produced, which has the effect of ripening. Putting hard black cotton peaches together with these fruits will have a ripening effect. Generally, it can be ripened and softened in 2 to 3 days. Common fruits with strong respiration are bananas, apples, kiwis and avocados.
Heating and ripening spades has a strong respiratory function and will also secrete some ethylene gas, which will be stronger in high temperature environment. Therefore, putting the hard black bell in a bag and placing it in the sun or near the radiator can play a certain role in ripening.
After ripening with ethylene, the pulp of black bell will become soft and not suitable for transportation. So black bells are all picked at birth. Although spades are big enough, they are not mature enough. Merchants can use ethylene gas to ripen after buying it back. Specific methods: cover the black bell with plastic film, slowly spray it from the bottom, seal it, and ferment it for 1~3 days to fully mature.
