3. Different tastes
Yuanxiao is rolled out, so when cooked in the pot, the glutinous rice flour on the surface of Yuanxiao will be mixed with edema, so the cooked soup is paste, the taste is slightly rough and the skin is chewy. And Yuanxiao is stronger, so you are almost full after eating a few. The soup cooked with glutinous rice balls is clear soup, which tastes more delicate and fragrant.
