Steaming Chrysanthemums
This is a fancy way to eat Chrysanthemums so that it can be considered a dish as well as a staple. The method is very simple, wash, mix some flour and steam on the pot. In my family, the first time to do so. The family thought it was a wild vegetable, clip a chopstick and dip it in some sauce, and found that it was particularly delicious. I don't know what to do, but I've been steaming a full drawer and it's been a big hit.
Specific production method
Step one: prepare the ingredients. Chrysanthemum 400 grams, 30 grams of cornmeal, 30 grams of plain flour.
Step 2: Pick off the leaves of Chrysanthemum coronarium, and then wash and drain them.
Step 3: Put the drained leaves of Chrysanthemum coronarium into a large pot, then sprinkle with cornmeal and flour.
Step 4: Toss with your hands to coat each leaf with flour.
Step 5: Wet the steamer cloth, wring out the water and lay it on the steamer. Then lay the flour-sticky coriander leaves on top of it. Put boiling water on the pot and steam for 8 minutes on high heat.
Step 6: Remove quickly after steaming and serve on the table.

1, after washing the coriander leaves, drain the water. But then you can't let the water on the surface of the leaves completely dry out so that the flour won't stick.
2, the steamer cloth must be dampened and wrung out before laying it on the steamer.

4, when steaming, be sure to boil water on the pot, high heat steaming. Generally 7, 8 minutes is enough. The time should not be too long, too long will affect the taste.
