McDonald's business philosophy is fast service and standardized operations. The core of this business philosophy is to enable the restaurant to provide guests with high quality food in the shortest possible time while reducing costs. To this end, McDonald's has introduced a number of standardized operations and processes, such as standardized menus, standardized kitchen design and standardized food preparation methods.

McDonald's has four main modes of earning money:

-Operational income: selling products to earn the price difference.

- Franchise Fee: Franchisees pay McDonald's a certain amount of money for the use of the brand, technology, management and other support.

- License fee: authorize other companies or individuals to use McDonald's brand, technology, management and other resources.

- Franchise: To authorize other companies or individuals to use their own resources in terms of brand, technology, management, etc.
