Pagoda vegetables, one is manna, formerly known as grass caddis, also known as "ground ring". It is a perennial plant of the Lamiaceae family. The underground rhizomes are spiral-shaped, crisp, tender and fiber-free, and can be used to make pickles. The second is the name of the Western dish, its real name is "Romanesco".
