method of work

Crispy mung bean sprouts
Ingredients: 4 pieces of dried bean curd skin, 300 grams of mung bean sprouts, 3 onions and 4 cups of oil.
Seasoning bean paste 1 tablespoon, soy sauce 1 teaspoon, sugar and vinegar 1 teaspoon.
method of work
1. Cut dried tofu into 4cm×10cm, spread with washed mung bean sprouts and scallions, and roll up.
