Mushroom greenhouse construction:
(1)
Choose a site to build a mushroom greenhouse. When selecting a pollution-free mushroom cultivation site, you should first keep it away from pollution sources, that is, nearby There are no chemical plants or large chimneys, livestock farms, garbage dumps, etc.; secondly, the transportation is convenient; thirdly, the drainage is clear, and the water source is clean and sufficient. The mushroom shed needs to be built from the north to the south, and there must be reasonable space around the shed for the storage of culture materials and the disposal of soil covering materials. The normal floor area ratio is 3:2. The mushroom cultivation area of ??each mushroom shed is preferably 550m2, 12m long and 14.5m wide. There are 4 bed frames in the shed, the center bed frame is 1.5 m wide, the bed frames at both ends are 0.9 m wide, the channel at both ends is 0.8 m wide, and the central channel It is 1m wide and has 6 layers of mushroom beds. The bottom layer is 0.4m above the ground and the top layer is about 1.4m from the top. The distance between each layer is 0.6m. There are three 40cm×30cm ventilation windows at the upper, middle and lower ends of each channel. , the passage is preferably cement pavement.

After the fermentation of the culture material is completed, open the doors and windows of the mushroom shed for ventilation. When the temperature of the material drops below 35°C, stack it on the bed frame. Spread the culture material evenly, then loosen and level the surface of the material, and spray low-toxic insect repellent once (such as Guchongjing, Chongdifenling, etc.) to make the culture material feel moist. When the temperature of the material is stable below 30°C, tillage is carried out. Sprinkle 150 bottles of grain bacteria per 111m2 evenly into the material and the material surface, compact and level it. If the material surface is too dry, spray 0.05% lime water after cultivation. Adjust the humidity, and then close the doors and windows to allow bacteria to develop. At first, the window should be tightly closed to moisturize. When the mycelium sprouts and eats the food, gradually increase the ventilation volume to promote the growth of the mycelium into the material. Pay close attention to prevent the occurrence of insect pests during the entire fungus growth period. Once discovered, it must be eradicated as soon as possible.
