Preparation materials: Hericium erinaceus, half a chicken, Lycium barbarum, 3 pieces of ginger, longan and Tricholoma matsutake.
1. Wash Hericium erinaceus and soak it in warm water for six hours, as shown in the following figure:
2. Put the chicken nuggets in a pot with cold water, add the onion and 2 pieces of ginger, add the chicken nuggets when the water temperature is low, add half a portion of cooking wine after the water is boiled, cook for 5 minutes, and take them out, as shown in the following figure:
3. Wash chicken longan and medlar ginger slices, then put them in a stew and pour them into cold water, as shown in the following figure:
4. Add Hericium erinaceus and Tricholoma matsutake, as shown in the following figure:
5. Bring the fire to a boil, simmer for one hour on medium heat, and then simmer for one and a half hours on low heat, as shown in the following figure:
6. Finally, season with salt and serve in bowls, as shown in the following figure:
