2 duck legs
2 spoons of dark soy sauce
3 spoons of light soy sauce
5 spoons of cooking wine
1 star anise
3 slices of ginger
A large piece of rock sugar
3 slices of bay leaves

How to make duck legs in honey sauce?
Thaw the duck legs in water! Put the thawed duck legs in a pot with cold water (you can add cooking wine, green onions and ginger to remove the fishy smell) and cook them together. After the water boils, take them out, wash them in cold water and let them dry!
Put the dried duck legs into a non-stick pan, add ginger slices and fry the duck skin side down to release the fat!
Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, star anise, cinnamon, bay leaf chicken essence, salt, rock sugar, and water to cover the duck legs! Turn up the heat and simmer for about 40 minutes to reduce the juice!
