Steps
1. Cut the meat into slices, add a small amount of salt and starch, mix well and set aside.
2. Peel, wash and slice the lettuce, wash and tear the fungus into small florets, slice the carrot and set aside.
3. Cut onions, ginger, garlic and small red peppers and set aside.
4. Heat the oil in the wok, add half of the onion, ginger and garlic to the pan, then add the meat slices and stir-fry until cooked through, then set aside.
5. In another pan, add the remaining onion, ginger, garlic and red pepper and stir-fry until fragrant.
6. Add lettuce, fungus, and carrots and stir-fry until cooked.
7. Pour in the previously fried meat slices and stir-fry evenly.
8. Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and chicken powder to taste.
9. Pour a little water starch-colored gravy in front of the pot, pour a little sesame oil, then turn off the heat and put it on the plate.
Tips
1. Stir-fry the meat slices until they change color, then take them out and set aside to avoid overcooking.
2. People who don’t like chili peppers can leave out the red peppers.
