Hot Dry Noodles Step by Step
1 Hot Dry Noodles. The hot dry noodles here are definitely different from the ones outside, they have changed a lot. I don't know if you can still call them "hot noodles".
2Dried radish. My favorite Sichuan style dried radish, especially eat Sichuan flavor.
3The sesame sauce enhances the taste and texture of the noodles.
4Pickled toon. I followed the small vegetable I have at home and used it to mix the noodles.
5Minced pork with sprouts made in advance, you can use it to mix it anytime you eat noodles for dinner.
6The hot dry noodles in advance in warm water soaked soft spare.
7Cut the dried radish into small pieces.
8Put the soaked noodles into boiling water and cook.
9Take a small bowl, add sesame paste and seasoning, mix well and set aside.
10Shake the boiled hot dry noodles dry, put them on a plate and toss them with pepper oil to avoid sticking.
