Frozen or refrigerated rice for 2 people.
Mullet roe 1 tablet

Prepare the meal (please return the ice early if you break up the frozen white rice).
Soak mullet roe in rice wine for 10 minute and then tear off the film.
Bake mullet roe1~ 2 minutes in a small hot pot (without oil).
Take 1/3 slices of mullet roe and grind it.
The remaining 2/3 mullet roe is diced for use.
Dice onion, chop garlic sprout, peel lettuce into small pieces, and add a little salt to eggs (1 whole egg+1 protein) and break them into egg liquid for later use.
Add an egg yolk to the cold rice and stir well for later use.
Heat the oil pan, add the egg liquid prepared in step 6, fry until it is half cooked, and then put it away for use. (If you are afraid of eating mullet roe and eggs, the cholesterol will be too high, then this fried rice can omit the ingredient of eggs. )
Add a little oil to the original pot, add onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then push the ingredients aside and saute until fragrant.

Add mullet roe, chopped egg and < seasoning > and stir well. (mullet roe itself has a salty taste, so be careful about the amount of salt used when seasoning. )
Finally, add garlic sprout green and lettuce and stir-fry quickly.
