You'd better add ribs to the stew.
Materials:
Two ribs, one carrot, one tomato, a little lotus root and one onion.
Ginger, pepper, star anise, rock sugar, salt, chicken essence.
Exercise:
1. Wash the ribs and cut them into small pieces.
2. Wash and drain carrots, peel the lotus root, turn the onion over and ginger together.
3. Cut the drained lotus root, carrot, tomato and onion into sections for later use.
4. Take a pot, add a proper amount of water, boil it, put the ribs in the water, skim off the floating foam, wash and drain.
5. Heat oil in a pot, add pepper, star anise and ginger and stir-fry until fragrant, stir-fry for five minutes, add rock sugar salt and continue to stir-fry until the ribs are golden on both sides.
6. Take a casserole, add enough water, bring it to a boil, add the fried ribs, turn the heat down for 30 minutes, add lotus root, carrot and onion, continue to cook for half an hour, add tomato, salt 10 minute, and add chicken essence to taste.
