It is not recommended to store tomatoes in the refrigerator. After tomatoes are frozen at low temperatures, the flesh will appear blister-like, soft and rotten, and may fall apart. The tomatoes may also have black spots on their skin, may be undercooked, and have no umami flavor. In severe cases, they may rot and deteriorate. . If you must store tomatoes in the refrigerator, because the temperature is too low, the tomatoes will lose their flavor and will quickly become frostbite and rot. Therefore, it is better to refrigerate ripe tomatoes between 2 and 4 degrees Celsius, and they can be stored for about 10 days; It will emit ethylene when used, which can accelerate the ripening of fruits and vegetables placed with it, so it is best to place them separately or package them in fresh-keeping bags.
