This morning, we held a county-wide fruit circulation work conference, mainly to commend the advanced fruit molecules and large fruit sellers who emerged in the county-wide fruit circulation work in 2004-2005, exchange experiences, and mobilize and deploy this year's fruit sales work. First, the basic situation of fruit circulation in our county

Our county is a major fruit producing county in Guangxi. In 2004, the fruit area of the county reached 360,000 mu, and the output exceeded 4 1 10,000 tons. Farmers' main income came from fruits. Doing a good job in fruit circulation is related to the overall economic and social situation of the county, the sustainable development of agriculture and rural economy, and the success or failure of ecological agriculture. Therefore, our county insists on market-oriented and efficiency-centered, and always regards improving fruit quality and grasping fruit circulation as the main work of the county party committee and county government. Due to effective measures and correct methods, under the grim situation that the national fruit market is becoming increasingly saturated and China joins the WTO, our county's pollution-free fruits are still selling well in the domestic market, exported to Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, exported to Southeast Asia, Japan, South Korea, Europe and other countries.

In recent years, in order to further enlarge and strengthen the fruit industry in our county, ensure agricultural efficiency, increase farmers' income and the sustained and healthy development of rural economy, and constantly push ecological agriculture to a new level. Our county carefully analyzes and studies the situation, takes effective measures to create a relaxed environment, and constantly creates a new situation in fruit circulation in our county.

First, make fruit circulation the top priority of the county. The county party secretary and the county magistrate personally grasp the fruit circulation work, and set up a leading group for the fruit circulation work with the county magistrate as the group leader, transfer the door personnel, implement the target responsibility, and mobilize the power of the whole county to do a good job in fruit circulation.

Second, cultivate market players and guide farmers to enter the market. First, cultivate fruit circulation associations. In order to improve the organized degree of agricultural products entering the market in our county, and to give full play to the role of rural industrial associations in various townships (towns), the Federation of specialized fruit sales associations was established, and the articles of association and various rules and regulations of the Federation were established and improved, and the network of fruit sales organizations at the county, township and village levels was constructed, and a large number of farmers were trained to become professional households specializing in fruit sales and management, and some villages became professional villages specializing in fruit sales and management. The second is to set up fruit circulation enterprises. By setting up fruit circulation enterprises, we gradually combine the loose fruit circulation brokers, so as to better play their role in organizing fruit sales.

Third, opening up to the outside world, invigorating the domestic market, introducing foreign products from within, and doing a good job in fruit circulation. Mainly do a good job in coordinating services, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the vast number of merchants, create a relaxed business environment, and attract and encourage fruit merchants inside and outside the county to do a good job in fruit circulation.

Fourth, consolidating the old market, opening up new markets and often consolidating the old market is to further consolidate the market share of fruits in our county in southern provinces and cities and Southeast Asian countries; Opening up new markets means that since September last year, our county has carried out promotion in large and medium-sized cities in the north, such as Zhengzhou, Shenyang and Taiyuan in a planned and organized way. Through the activities of the fruit caravan going north, the popularity of our county's fruits has been improved, which has laid a good foundation for broadening our county's fruit sales channels, expanding our county's fruit sales and promoting our county's fruit sales scale.

Fifth, relying on modern industry to develop modern agriculture and invigorate the circulation of fruits. It is mainly to introduce well-known enterprises to our county to engage in fruit scale processing, realize the appreciation and efficiency increase of the fruit industry, and introduce Huiyuan Group to settle in Gongcheng, which has taken a gratifying step in developing leading enterprises in fruit processing, and at the same time, encourage fruit processing enterprises in our county to achieve rolling development. Now, the wild wood persimmon fruit wine in our county has also been mass-produced.

Sixth, do a good job in quality management to ensure fruit sales. First, do a good job in the management of pollution-free fruit production, and produce in strict accordance with the prescribed technical standards and processes to ensure the quality and safety of fruits. The second is to do a good job in commercialization and enliven fruit processing. First of all, take the fresh fruit waxing production line in Huiyuan Juice Factory as an opportunity to guide the majority of fruit farmers to do a good job in vegetable flower and pre-harvest fertilizer and water management, complete harvesting, and vigorously promote post-harvest grading treatment. At the same time, support and introduce post-harvest commercial processing production lines for fruits. Secondly, according to the characteristics of different fruits and the different requirements of consumers, we should comprehensively consider the needs of labeling, preservation and storage and transportation, and do a good job in fruit series packaging at different specifications and levels.

Seventh, strengthen publicity and promotion, and sing the fruit brand. First, do a good job in fruit promotion. Promotions were held in major wholesale markets of fruits in large and medium-sized cities in northern China, such as Zhengzhou, Shenyang and Taiyuan, and exhibitions were held at the South Expo, which expanded the popularity of Gongcheng fruits. The second is to do a good job in advertising. Billboards were set up in important traffic sections and public places in neighboring counties such as Quanzhou and Guanyang, posters and calendars were made and widely posted, and the opportunity of the ASEAN Expo held in Nanning was seized, and advertisements of Gongcheng's famous fruits were launched on Guangxi TV station. The third is to seize the opportunity that the citrus juice processing project of Beijing Huiyuan Group settled in Gongcheng, realize the close combination of Gongcheng ecological brand and Huiyuan brand, and push Gongcheng fruit to the whole country and the world.

Eighth, pay close attention to circulation services and create a good environment. Its key point is to do a good job in information service and rectify market order. The circulation office and relevant departments timely collect and master the information of fruit supply and demand in large and medium-sized cities across the country, and release it to the whole county through the three-level network of county, township and village. Information bulletin boards have been set up in townships (towns), villages, farmers' markets and places where public activities are frequent in rural areas. In view of the problems existing in the fruit circulation environment, they have formulated special management work plans, highlighting the comprehensive management of social security, cracking down on personal threats, stealing property and other illegal acts, and protecting the legitimate rights and interests of fruit farmers and merchants; Severely investigated and dealt with vicious acts such as pit, deception, slaughter and deception in fruit circulation, and established and maintained a fair, just and honest market order; Smooth circulation channels, improve the construction of transportation road facilities, and seriously investigate and deal with bad behaviors such as eating, taking, getting stuck, and demanding in transportation links and various unreasonable charges.

Although the fruit circulation work in our county has achieved initial results, on the whole, the fruit sales situation in the county is still quite grim, so we can't be blindly optimistic. First, the national fruit market continues to be weak and the market competition is fierce. Second, the orange fruits currently sold only account for a very small part of the total orange fruits in the county, and the sales task is very arduous. Third, the market economy is difficult to predict, so we must do a good job in the fruit circulation in the county. We should not only have a clear understanding of the situation of fruit sales, but also educate the majority of fruit farmers in the county to change their concepts, overcome the idea of reluctant to sell, and sell at a timely and appropriate price, especially to avoid the phenomenon of rotten fruit and falling fruit.

Two, strengthen leadership, raise awareness, form a joint force, and strive to promote the fruit circulation in our county.

(1) Strengthen leadership and attach great importance to it. Leaders at all levels should take fruit sales as an important task at present, townships (towns) should give full play to the role of the leading group for circulation work, and the secretary of the township (town) Committee and the mayor should personally grasp it, and the leaders in charge should pay special attention to it, so as to ensure that the leadership, personnel and measures are in place to ensure that the sales work goes smoothly without losing time.

All (township) towns and functional departments should organize and guide large growers and marketers to further contact with customers all over the country, expand sales outlets, stabilize existing markets and customers, boldly explore new sales methods, and open up new markets. In the process of doing a good job in circulation, we should be good at summing up experience, setting a typical example and comprehensively promoting it, so as to improve the level of fruit circulation in the county. Give full play to the role of professional organizations, improve the degree of organization of production and operators in the county and the ability to resolve market risks.

Agricultural departments should earnestly grasp technical guidance, strive to improve product quality, build Gongcheng brand, enhance product market competitiveness and expand market share; The county circulation office should do a good job in all aspects of circulation, carefully organize and cooperate with each (township) town, do a good job in publishing information online, do a good job in collecting, analyzing and forecasting market information around the country, keep abreast of market trends around the country, communicate the relationship between production and marketing areas, invite more foreign businessmen to come in to discuss the purchase of fruits, and provide information services for operators; The industrial and commercial and property departments should do a good job in the standardized management of the circulation market, resolutely stop the phenomenon of using pounds to deduct fruit farmers and ensure fair trade; Public security and transportation departments should do a good job in the security management of the trading market and provide a safe and orderly trading environment for operators; The banking and credit department should provide convenient financial services for merchants and help solve the circulation funds of operators. In short, all functional departments should work together to improve quality services and ensure the unimpeded sales of fruits in our city.
