1. According to legend, in the Song Dynasty, there lived a couple of orphans and widows in Shaoyang today. The man in the family died of illness in his early years, and the mother raised her son with great pains. In order to make her son have a strong body, the mother sent her son to Yunshan Temple to practice martial arts with the monks. Although martial arts are hard, living with monks can only be vegetarian. The mother felt very distressed when she watched her son lose weight day by day. I want to make some meat dishes to improve my son's life, but I am afraid that the abbot of the temple will not allow me to be unhappy all day. Think hard all day, and there will be no panacea. One day, when she came back from the market and saw a family killing pigs, she had a whim. She used her quick wits to think that adding pig blood to tofu can solve the problem of meat and fish and avoid Buddhist precepts. Go and get pig blood at once, buy water tofu and go home, mash the tofu, mix it with pig blood, knead the tofu into a ball and hang it on the firewood stove, Kaoru Miki. From the outside, it's just a mass of black stuff. Mother took this black mass to the temple and gave it to the monk and her son. The abbot wants to know what this is. Mother replied that it was made of Kaoru Miki tofu, so the abbot didn't object. The monk and his mother's son ate the food made of this black thing and thought it was delicious. They can eat more bowls of rice every meal. This will make martial arts more powerful. So, my mother regularly sends this black thing to the temple to cook for them. Later, my son went down the mountain to practice martial arts, participated in the martial arts recruitment examination of the imperial court, and won the martial arts championship in one fell swoop. At this time, the kind mother told everyone that her black stuff is not only made of tofu and water, but also contains pig blood. However, no one blames this kind mother. After the news spread, Shaoyang people began to make this black thing and named it "Xueba". Because it tastes delicious, it is also a legend that you can become a top student in high school, so it has been passed down from generation to generation and has been passed down to this day.

And the next meal is to replace it with blood tofu with black appearance. Because it was dark, the jailer didn't dare to eat food this time, and finally sent it to Shiro. This story has been circulated in the local area.
