Udon noodles 200g/ beef 150g

1. Shred beef with seasoning and put it in a bowl. Add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp cooking wine, half a teaspoon pepper, 1 tbsp salt and half a tablespoon cooking oil, stir well and marinate for half an hour.
2. Pour 2 tablespoons of cooking oil into the fried beef pot. Heat it, add 5g shredded ginger, 150g beef, and stir-fry until it becomes discolored. Add 5g shredded carrot and 25g shredded cabbage.
