Talinum's Latin scientific name: talin um paniculatum(JAC. Gaertn, alias: ginseng, panax japonicus and solanum, which are native to tropical America, have long been popular vegetables in many parts of West Africa and Latin America. It is cultivated in the central and southern parts of China and even in Taiwan Province Province for viewing. Roots are used as nourishing and strengthening medicines. Tallinn is easy to cultivate, rapid in reproduction and less in pests and diseases. Its roots and leaves are edible, which can be fried, made into soup, rinsed and stewed, rich in nutrition, tender and smooth in taste, unique in flavor and dual-purpose as medicine and food. It is a new leafy vegetable in recent years.
