method of work
1. Chop the dark chocolate for later use.
2. Chop the unsalted butter and soften the cream cheese.
3. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius. Lubricate and dust two 9-inch cake pans with 1 tablespoon cocoa butter.
4. Preheat a pan with low fire, then add 1 and 1 4 cups of butter,1cup of strong beer,110g of dark chocolate and ultra-fine sugar, heat and stir occasionally until the chocolate melts and becomes smooth and shiny.
5. Take a large bowl, add eggs and cream, then stir vigorously to make them fully blended, then add flour and baking soda in turn and continue stirring. Then add a small amount of melted chocolate mixture one by one, stir evenly after each addition, and repeat the operation. Put half of the dough in each cake pan.
6. Bake the cake tray in a preheated oven for about 40 minutes, or until the surface of the cake is elastic by gently touching it with your fingers. Take out the baking tray and cool the cake on the shelf.
7. In order to make icing, put 1/2 cups of butter, 1 10 grams of dark chocolate and 5 tablespoons of beer in a thick iron pan, cook with low fire and stir occasionally until the chocolate melts. Turn off the engine and cool it a little.

9. Put 1 cake on the plate, and spread about 1/3 icing on the upper surface, put the second cake on it, and spread the remaining 2/3 icing on the top and sides of the cake.
