1. Upper respiratory tract infections such as otitis media, sinusitis, pharyngitis, tonsillitis caused by Streptococcus hemolyticus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus staphylococcus, or Haemophilus influenzae;
2. Genitourinary tract infections caused by Escherichia coli, Streptococcus chimera, or Enterococcus faecalis;
3. Soft tissue skin infections caused by Streptococcus haemolyticus, Staphylococcus or Escherichia coli;
4. Lower respiratory tract infections such as acute bronchitis and pneumonia caused by Streptococcus haemolyticus, Streptococcus pneumoniae, Staphylococcus or Haemophilus influenzae;
5. Acute simple gonorrhoea;

Use and dosage:
1. Adults 0.5g once every 6~8 hours, the daily dose does not exceed 4g;
2. Pediatric daily dose according to the body weight of 20~40mg/Kg, once every 8 hours; infants less than 3 months of age, the daily dose according to the body weight of 30mg/Kg, once every 12 hours;
3. Serious renal impairment patients need to adjust the dosage. Patients with severe renal impairment need to adjust the dosage, in which patients with endogenous creatinine clearance of 10-30ml/min 0.25-0.5g every 12 hours; patients with endogenous creatinine clearance of less than 10ml/min 0.25-0.5g every 24 hours.
