Steamed eel
Amount of water in outer pot: 1/2 cup water
Ingredients
150 grams of eel fillet, 1 green onion root, 20 grams minced garlic, A. 1 tablespoon chili sauce, 1 tablespoon fermented rice wine, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon fine sugar, 2 tablespoons steamed pork powder, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, B. 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
Method
1. Wash the eel fillets, drain them, and cut them into about 5 cm long fillets; cut the green onions into shreds and set aside.
2. Mix the eel fillet, minced garlic and seasoning A from step 1, marinate for about 5 minutes and then plate.
3. Add 1/2 cup of water to the outer pot of the electric pot, put it into the steaming rack, place the eel fillets from Step 2 on the rack, cover the pot, press the switch, and steam until the switch jumps. Take out, sprinkle with the shredded green onions from step 1, and drizzle with balsamic vinegar.
