(1) efficacy
(1) Quoted from: 045 *** Effect of conjugated linoleic acid on fat metabolism and its mechanism.
The effect and mechanism of CLA on fat metabolism may be various, and there is not enough evidence to show which mechanism is the most critical. CLA may have different mechanisms of action in different situations. Some mechanisms are not universal. However, it is obvious that PPAR plays a key role in fat metabolism. As a ligand of PPAR, CLA_ (1-x) affects fat metabolism through PPAR, and PPAR affects the expression of enzymes related to fat metabolism at the gene level. PPAR can also affect lipid extraction and change membrane fluidity by regulating SCD, thus affecting many metabolic processes. CLA may also affect fat metabolism by affecting fatty acid composition and changing fat metabolism pathway. Although a large number of experimental studies have been carried out, there is no clear understanding of the effect of conjugated linoleic acid on fat metabolism.

As for the effect and mechanism of CLA on animal body fat metabolism, it is reported that there are different effects and various explanations, but there is a lack of sufficient research on various phenomena and explanations. Whether the action effect of CLA is a certain mechanism or several mechanisms * * * works together is not clear in theory, and it needs to be studied in depth by various methods.
(3) Food ingredients with the effect of reducing body fat-Introduction of conjugated linoleic acid _ Baidu Academic
17 published clinical studies have proved that the dose of 0.7 ~ 6.89 CLA/ day is well tolerated (no adverse reactions), which can reduce body fat by 3% ~ 9% and keep muscle tissue lean. The longest human trial in the reporting period was a 24-month study. The subjects before 12 months were 180 overweight people (male/female) with body mass index of 25 ~ 30. A multicenter, double-blind, randomized and placebo-controlled experimental design was adopted. The experimental group took 3.49CLA/ day or placebo (4.59 oil). In recent 12 months, the public test was carried out. In all subjects in the first 12 months, the body mass index of 120 was 25-30, 3.49 TG// day, or a placebo was taken without changing lifestyle and eating habits. The subjects had no adverse reactions within 24 months. The experiment before 12 months showed that the average body fat of CLA group was 8% lower than that of placebo group, while lean muscle tissue increased by 0.6 kg and weight decreased by 1.6kg. However, the placebo group did not have these changes.
