Tomato Prawns

Ingredients: Fresh Prawns, Sugar, Cooking Wine, Ginger, Tomato Sauce, Light Soy Sauce

Fresh Prawns Cut off the Shrimp Guns from the back of the shrimp shaved, and pick the shrimp threads

All of the fresh prawns are processed in order, and the ginger is cut into shreds and reserved.

After the ginger is sautéed, add two teaspoons of ketchup and one teaspoon of sugar

Stir fry on low heat, add half a small bowl of water and one teaspoon of soy sauce

Add one teaspoon of cooking wine
