Methods
(1)Soak the rice noodles, cabbage, mushrooms, pork and carrots shredded. (2)In a frying pan, sauté the mushrooms and shrimp, add the shredded pork, cabbage, carrots and seasonings (except garlic), then add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil. (3)Put the soaked rice noodles into the soup and stir-fry to make it evenly colored, after about 10 minutes, change the heat to low and stir-fry until the water dries up. (4) When serving, sprinkle some bean sprouts, then drizzle a little marinade and minced garlic.
