Xiaoyao Pill consists of Radix Bupleuri, Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Radix Paeoniae Alba, fried atractylodes, Poria, Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, Herba Menthae and Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens. Function indications, relieving depression, clearing heat and regulating menstruation. It can be used for liver depression, chest pain, dysphoria, red cheeks and dry mouth, loss of appetite or hot flashes, as well as women's early menstruation, menstrual disorder, breast and abdominal pain. Clinically used for the following diseases:
(1) hypochondriac pain
Pain in both sides, bitter taste in the mouth and dry throat, bloating and tightness in the stomach, aggravation after eating, dark red tongue, yellow and greasy fur, and slippery pulse caused by liver stagnation and spleen soil.
(2) epigastric pain
