Preparation materials: peanut 200g, sugar 150g, corn starch 50g, egg 1 piece, proper amount of oil and honey.
1. First, prepare the required ingredients, as shown in the following figure:
2. Then break the eggs, as shown in the figure below:
3. Pour the egg liquid into peanuts and stir, then pour in honey and corn starch;
4. Stir to coat peanuts with starch;
5. Fry in oil with low fire until the skin is crisp and golden, as shown below:
6. Pour sugar and water into the pot and boil the syrup for drawing;
7. Pour in the fried peanuts, stir quickly and evenly, and sprinkle with sesame seeds;
8. Finally, take the plate out of the pot and eat it.
