1. Ripening with rice
Remove durian skin, take out durian pulp, wrap the pulp with plastic film, and then bury it in rice. After about three days, the durian pulp is ripe. The principle is that rice will release some ethylene gas, which can accelerate the ripening of durian. In addition, bananas or apples can also release ethylene gas instead of rice to accelerate the ripening of durian.
Ripening with plastic wrap
Take out durian pulp and wrap it with plastic wrap. Try to wrap it tightly and don't show it. Leave it at room temperature for about 3 days to achieve the purpose of ripening.
Ripening with newspaper
Durian is wrapped in newspaper, lit with lighter, wrapped in clean newspaper after burning, and left at room temperature for two days. It should be noted that when ordering newspapers, you must choose an open environment and pay attention to safety.
