What are all the ways to make salads and which ones are easy to learn?

In general, salads are generally divided into three categories: vegetable salads, fruit salads, and mixed salads with vegetables, seafood and meat.

I vaguely remember the first time I ate salad was in elementary school. One day at dinner time, my dad took a pot of steel at my house and put it on the supper. I gave my mom and I each a bowl and spooned it down. Well, that one was delicious. Look closely, it's cucumbers and potatoes cut into small pieces with eggs cut into whites. Dad says it's called a salad, is it good?

It must have been the early 80s. The flavor of the salad is still fresh in my memory, but it's a little fuzzy because I can't exactly tell if it tasted like Dad-made vinaigrette or ready-made mayonnaise. Come to think of it, it seems that finished salad dressings were rarely available back then. Later, I told my dad about it. His dad actually said he didn't remember mixing it with the salad I went to .

All in all, the salads made an excellent impression on me and I seemed to be starting from a fairly high point. I started eating vegetable salads although those potatoes cucumbers and diced were not vegetables in the standard sense but at least they were a notch above fruit salads at least I didn't gain weight after eating them.

Then I became a chef. In a Hong Kong style kitchen, I called the salad salad and the salad dressing was called Kraft Wonder Sauce. It doesn't matter, as long as it tastes good, whatever it's called. This sweet salad dressing is mainly used to mix fruit salad, when mixing add a little butter and fresh lemon juice in the salad dressing, sweet and sour.

My favorite food, however, is a vinaigrette salad. If you eat too much fruit and salad, you will gain weight, then salad, vegetables in vinaigrette is a beautiful meal, weight loss meal is necessary. It is not complicated to make at home.

So today I will compromise and share a "salad". Salad, Caesar is a salad man, named after a man, also known as "salad". Its name comes from the chef Caesar Cardini and there are many versions of the story of the invention of the salad. The most common version is that once the restaurant ran out of everything in the kitchen, Cardini used the only remaining ingredient and his unique talents to create the Caesar salad.

No matter what, eating well is the way to go. Let's get started.
