One small bunch of kale stalks (heart)
Black fungus
Garlic cloves Two
Oyster sauce One tablespoon
Salt A pinch
Crisp and refreshing kale stalks stir-fried with fungus How to make ?
Soak the dried fungus, peel and slice the kale stalks. When the pan is hot, add minced garlic, stir fry the cabbage and fungus, add salt and oyster sauce before removing from the pan.
