How to Make Oven Baked Chicken Breasts
Do not thaw the chicken breasts in the water, then slice them into slices of a moderate thickness, then rinse and dry them for a while
Put the black pepper sauce in the chicken breasts, mix it well (add a little more salt if you're using ground pepper) and let it marinate for 20 to 30 minutes

Put the marinated meat into a baking dish (I ran out of tin foil at home, but it doesn't matter.) The oven can be set on a high flame at 150 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes, during which time it can be flipped over
