In the play, when Gus was born, he had a pair of antlers on his head, which was influenced by a virus called H5G9. Many half-human and half-animal newborns like Gus appeared, and a new law was born. The government requested that these newborns be tested by hybridization, but this requirement was resisted by the parents of the babies. Gus's father took him to the border of Yellowstone National Park, and he lived a quiet life from then on.
Gus's father wanted to prevent all the dangers for Gus, but as Gus grew up, something happened. Gus's father died, and Gus has to live alone ever since. Without his father's protection, Gus needs to face everything alone. Gus wanted to find a safe home for the mixed-race people, but on the way, Gus encountered one trouble after another because of his prominent antlers.
