Be sure to soak it in water for at least an hour, then pick it up and peel the skin off the surface of the asparagus. It will not taste so bitter after eating. Asparagus heads are very nutritious, so don’t touch that area and then cut them with a knife. You can use white to make a salad or stir-fry with shredded pork, green peppers, eggs, tomatoes, etc. If you are eating it for the first time, it is better to soak it.
