Crab and chicken hotpot:
Preparation materials: 2 crabs, 200g chicken, potatoes 1 piece, half a carrot, coriander 1 piece, garlic, 2 tablespoons sand tea sauce, pepper, sesame oil and ginger.
1. Wash the chicken, add some water and ginger slices and cook for about 30 minutes.
2. When the chicken is cooked, chop the crab and cook for another 30 minutes.
3. Add the chopped potatoes and carrots and continue to cook for 30 minutes.
4. Add some salt to the cooked soup base to taste.
5. The next step is to prepare dipping sauce. Chop coriander and garlic and put them in a bowl.
