Step 1: Carefully peel the garlic cloves, head up, and arrange them on the plate. If you feel that peeling is troublesome, you don't have to peel it, and you can arrange it on the plate one by one.
Step 2: Add some soil to the plate and cover it with garlic cloves.
The third step can also be carried out directly without adding soil. But if there is no nutrition provided by soil, garlic seedlings will not grow strong and you can eat less.
Step 3: Pour some water into the plate. If you add soil, just keep the soil moist without adding too much. If the garlic seedlings are planted with pure water, just add a layer of shallow water so that the garlic cloves are half in the water and half in contact with the air.
Step 4: Put the plate in the sunrise place at home and observe it every day. If you find that there is little water or the soil is dry, add some water.
After waiting for a while, the garlic seedlings finally grew out and began to grow up slowly. When they grow to about fifteen centimeters, they can eat.
When harvesting garlic seedlings, don't uproot them. It's best to cut them off from the bottom with scissors and leave a little stem. After a period of time, if there is enough nutrition, new garlic seedlings will grow at the break, just like leeks.

1
Prepare garlic. It doesn't matter whether they are big or small. You can buy it from supermarkets and food markets. The key is that as long as the epidermis is intact, there is no decay and injury. You can soak it or not.
2
Break it into petals, and some very careful friends will tear off the epidermis and sow it. Actually, it's not that hard, although it can sprout and grow up.
three
Prepare a flowerpot and spray the soil wet, but don't pour it until it is muddy. Make a small hole or pit with a shovel or something and put the garlic tip on it. Be steady, lest you run away when watering.
four
When the temperature is right, the bud will open in a week or so. I often bask in the sun at this time, so as not to grow thin and weak in vain.
five
If the seedlings grow to a certain extent, they can be properly fertilized. Suggestions are water and fertilizer, chicken manure, cow dung and so on. If they are dense, they need to be thinned.
six
Don't worry if it snows in winter. If placed on an open-air balcony, they are very hardy. If you are really afraid of them freezing, you can cover them with film.
seven
In fact, they grow very fast. Planting and raising are better than expected. As the temperature rises gradually in spring, the longer they will be, the better. You can pinch the garlic seedlings and eat them.
