Condiments needed for cold dishes:
Recipe: 1g star anise, 0.5g cinnamon, 0.22g cloves, 0.2g grass fruit, 0.2g licorice, 0.2g bay leaf, 0.2g amomum villosum. Gram, 0.2g kaempferol, 0.3g cumin, about 2g refined salt, 5g cooking wine, 5g soy sauce, 1g sugar, 1g MSG, 2g minced ginger, 10g sesame oil, etc.
Add 120g of water (or fresh soup) to the above raw materials, boil over low heat for 5 minutes, add seasonings and pour into a container, seal with sesame oil and simmer for 15 minutes before use.
