Seasoning: salt, pepper, sugar, monosodium glutamate (MSG), black pepper, soy sauce, cooking oil, and ketchup (I didn't have any at home, so I used leftover tomato salsa instead).
Practice:
1. Wash all the raw materials, cut into small dices and set aside.
2. Boil water in a pot and cook the screw noodles. Because the screw noodles are hard to cook, you need to cook them for about 10 minutes. And we can't use that long for stir-frying, so cook the top first, then stir-fry.
3. Stir frying pan with oil, pour the meat mixture into the pan, stirring, then put the onion, sautéed, and then pour in the tomatoes. Stir fry for a while, and when the tomatoes are almost melted, you can put in the seasoning. Salt, pepper, sugar, black pepper, soy sauce, mix well, put the celery into the diced, a little stir fry, celery flavor out, put a little ketchup, mainly to enhance the color, and then put a little monosodium glutamate or chicken can be out of the pot.
4. When the screw noodles are cooked, control the water, and then use a plate to serve, the fried vegetables poured on top, and finally add a little cilantro, or small onions on the plate. I used a little bit of purple kale left at home to simply plate.
