Super easy! How to make macarons ?
Sift the almond flour, powdered sugar and cocoa powder together
Add the egg whites to the sugar in three batches and beat until dry peaks form
Pour the mixture into the egg whites at once and toss until the batter appears glossy and falls slowly in ribbons, and the lines don't disappear easily (when mixing, you feel a little bit of resistance)
Put the batter in a piping bag and squeeze it onto a silicone mat. ~I put a sheet of my own circle under the silicone mat~~ so that you can squeeze out the same size of macarons~
The next step is to dry the surface~ put the macarons on the top shelf of the oven at 60°C for 30 minutes
The surface forms a hard shell that doesn't stick to your hands~(it must be non-sticky !!!!!!)
Then take it out and preheat the oven to 180°C and bake it for 10-12 minutes~Take it out and don't be in a hurry~When it cools down, you can break it off
Filling: ganache
Place the chopped dark chocolate in a small bowl, heat the light cream, and introduce it into the chocolate when it comes to a boil
Leave it to rest for 2 minutes, then whisk to combine, and then add the butter.
After the chocolate has hardened a bit, put it into a piping bag and you can decorate the macarons
Tips
My own experience:
It's a good thing that I've learned from my own experience.
1The batter should be thick or it will be spread out after squeezing~?
2Be sure to dry the crust!!!!! Dry it very dry!!!!!!. Otherwise it will definitely burst when baked !!!!?
3 want to skirt very fluffy must be squeezed a little smaller and the temperature should be high so that it is heated skin is already dry and cracked not open ~ to squeeze down the skirt will come out !!!!
