Ingredients: 1000g green chili, minced garlic, minced ginger, thirteen spices, white wine, salt, and appropriate amount of chicken essence.
Method:
1. Step 1: Wash the purchased green peppers with clean water.
2. Step 2: Remove the heads and tails of the washed green peppers.
