You are trading outside of platform supervision. Money paid using third-party software is not protected by the platform. You were deceived and the platform is irresponsible.

The other party asking you to pay offline is obviously trying to defraud you. If you can’t spot such a simple scam, don’t shop online in the future. Otherwise, you will be tricked by others.
