Hypertension refers to not using antihypertensive drugs, or at rest; Arterial systolic blood pressure and/or diastolic blood pressure increase (≥ 140/90), systolic blood pressure ≥ 140mmhg, and diastolic blood pressure ≥ 90mmhg.
The blood pressure is between141~159 mmhg for systolic blood pressure and 91~ 94 mmhg for diastolic blood pressure. It is borderline hypertension.
If the blood pressure measured before getting up in the morning for three consecutive days exceeds 2 1.3/ 12.7 kPa (160/95 mmHg), it can be diagnosed as hypertension, but it is not the same as hypertension. Hypertension is a disease whose etiology is not very clear, but the main clinical manifestation is hypertension, accounting for 90% of all diseases with elevated blood pressure. Another 10% is secondary hypertension.
