1. Except butter, all the ingredients are mixed together, put into a blender and stirred into dough. Milk can be added slowly according to the water absorption of flour.
2. Then add softened butter and continue to knead until a film can be produced.
3. Put the kneaded dough into a bowl, wrap it with plastic wrap, and ferment at room temperature for one hour until it is twice as big.
4. Stick flour with your fingers and rub a hole in the middle of the dough. If it does not retract or collapse, it means that the fermentation is good.
5. Vent the fermented dough and divide it into two equal parts.
6. Divide one of them into 5 portions with 50g each, and make it into the belly of the snowman.
7. The remaining large portion is divided into five small dough of 25g each, and rounded to make the snowman's head.
8. The remaining dough is used for eyes, hands and scarves.
9. Assemble it into the shape of a snowman (as shown in the picture) and arrange it side by side on the baking tray. Don't put it too crowded, it will swell when baking, but mine is a little crowded.
10. Then sprinkle with flour and put it in the oven for the second time. Put a bowl of warm water at the bottom of the oven for 40 minutes at 40 degrees.
1 1. After fermentation, take out the water, preheat the oven in advance, and bake at 165 degrees for about 20 minutes.
12. After being taken out of the oven and cooled, use some decorative sugar to stick some honey to make a nose, melt it in water to decorate the eyes, and then paint a scarf with cream or toner.
