Beef How to make wontons
The filling:
1. Wash and mince the beef, chop the scallions
2. Add the beef with a little water and stir in one direction to get the tendons on, then put in the chopped scallions, dumpling filling seasoning, salt, and sesame oil
Wonton wrapping method (look at the picture and it's actually easy to understand at a glance):
3. Pick up a piece of wonton skin and put it in your hand. Use chopsticks to clip the right amount of filling in the middle of the wonton skin
4. Fold in half, not in half evenly, the other side of the other side to show a centimeter or so, and then use your hands to pinch the sides of the wonton skin with your hands a little tighter, in order to prevent the wonton filling from leaking out
