Cultural background; Masayama race is the earliest black tea in the world, also known as the originator of black tea. It has a history of more than 400 years. The popularity of Zhengshan Race overseas is far better than that of local producing areas. Zhengshan black tea was produced in Wuyishan, Fujian in the late Ming and early Qing Dynasties. It is a famous historical tea in China, and its Zhengshan ethnic tea producing area is protected by national geography.
Quality characteristics; Fat appearance, no bud, moist color, unique aroma in dried longan and mountain rhyme, pure pine smoke soup is caramel red.
Brewing method;
Prepare the tea set for the first time, then cover the bowl. The water quality is neutral water, purified water and mineral water. Warm cups avoid alternating hot and cold during brewing, which will affect the taste. When the water temperature is about 85℃, hot water should be poured along the wall of the cup (or pot). Based on the tea consumption of 1:20, the boiling water of the soup should be increased or decreased according to the preference, and the boiling time of one bubble is between 10- 15 seconds. Efficacy and nutritional value;
In the fermentation process of Zhengshan race, tea polyphenols have an enzymatic oxidation reaction, which has little stimulation to the stomach and contains caffeine and aromatic substances, which can increase renal blood flow and improve glomerular filtration rate. The polyphenols contained in Zhengshan race have anti-inflammatory ability, and can inhibit and eliminate pathogenic bacteria.
