Cantonese cuisine treats octopus head: there are no other internal impurities except two eyeballs and two tooth beads. If the eyeball is broken, some black juice will flow out. You can eat it or not (the catering industry doesn't want to look good); Tooth beads taste bad and are usually removed. The whole octopus head can be cooked and eaten after washing, and the taste is crisp.
Octopus has no "ink" except its eyeballs. Those with "ink" are called "squid" or "cuttlefish", and their "ink" cannot be eaten.
