Sometimes I think the taste depends on how you do it. If you cook it too long, it will go bad. If you cook it at the right time, it will be delicious.
All of the above refer to absolutely raw pasta. As for cappelletti, jiaozi, etc. Like wonton, I think Giovanni Rana is the best brand, and the price is naturally the most expensive. I remember buying a pack of 500g, about 2 euros. However, compared with Rana brand, I still feel that the noodles are too thick to taste the ham inside.
