2. Cut the tofu into pieces.
3. Peel the preserved egg and cut it into pieces (I'll boil it in water first, so it's easier to put the preserved egg first)
4. Boil the water in the pot and steam the tofu for two minutes.
5. Put garlic, Chili powder and salt into a bowl, heat the vegetable oil in the bowl and pour it into a seasoning bowl to make garlic spicy oil.
6. Put preserved eggs on steamed tofu, and drizzle with garlic and spicy oil, sesame oil, coriander and chopped green onion.
